On Wednesday evening, Sept. 27, the Dallas Holocaust and Human Rights Museum in downtown Dallas will host a discussion panel moderated by a Greenhill graduate on “The Supreme Court: Balance of Power.”
The panel will be moderated by Loren Jacobsen ’92, an associate professor of law at the University of North Texas at Dallas College of Law, according to an email from Associate Head of School for Mission, Community, and Culture Tom Perryman ’81.
Admission is free.
The panel will discuss the importance of the U.S. Supreme Court, according to a museum press release. The three panelists are: Joanna L. Grossman, the inaugural Ellen K. Solender Endowed Chair in Women and the Law at Southern Methodist University Dedman School of Law; Frederick M. Lawrence, a distinguished lecturer at the Georgetown Law Center; and Roman Martinez, deputy managing partner of the Washington, D.C., office of Latham & Watkins LLP.
In the spring of 2023, Greenhill entered a partnership with the museum that aims to bring awareness and education on human rights issues to students in the campus community, according to a Perryman email at the time.
