Southwest Preparatory Conference Fall Championship Results

The Hornets head down to Houston from Nov. 3 to Nov. 5 to play fellow foes and rivals at the Southwest Preparatory Conference championships.

Nov. 3

Greenhill girls volleyball beat the John Cooper School 3-1 today and will play tomorrow at 3 p.m.The Field Hockey team fell short with a score of 1-3 against St. Stephen’s Episcopal School but will be playing tomorrow at 11 a.m.Greenhill boys volleyball won 3-0 today verse St. Stephens. They are looking to keep the hot start going as they continue bracket play. They play episcopal Houston tomorrow at 2 p.m.

Nov. 4

Greenhill boys volleyball lost 0-3 agasint Episcopal High School. They will play tomorrow at 11 for fifth place.Greenhill girls volleyball lost in a 0-3 decision to Episcopal High School in the semifinals.

The field hockey team won in overtime against Duchesne Academy of the Sacred Heart, 1-0. They will play the Hockaday School for fifth place tomorrow.

Nov. 5Greenhill boys volleyball won their 5th place game against Awty International School with a 3-0 sweep.

The girls volleyball team lost their final game of the season, falling to St. Johns with a score of 3-1.

Field Hockey lost in a close game, 2-1, against Hockaday, ending the season in sixth place.

Both the boys and girls cross country teams finished eighth in the championship race.
