This weekend, Greenhill Boys Basketball will go to Las Vegas, Nevada to compete in the Tarkanian Classic.

The team leaves Dallas on Friday, Dec. 17, morning, and the first game will be on Friday night, against Salesian College Preparatory. Regardless of the outcome, the team will play four games, an off day, and they are coming back on Wednesday. Dec. 22. 

Currently, the team has a record of 11-5, yet the competition in the tournament will be their toughest yet. Even with that, players are excited about the challenge.

“Speaking for the whole team, we are excited to play against some of the best teams across the country because we will not only become better prepared for SPC [Southwest Preparatory Conference], but we’ll have a lot of fun along the way,” said Evan Parker.
