At 4:30 pm on Tuesday, Greenhill families were notified that winter sports were suspended to have the best opportunity of continuing after Thanksgiving break.

This decision came after many sports teams were quarantining due to being exposed to a positive case on their teams. Additionally, the rising cases in Dallas altogether contributed to this decision.

In his email, Shine also urges families to be safe during the Thanksgiving holiday, “please carefully consider gatherings and activities with members outside of your household during this time,” Shine said.

Shine assures families that they will continue to monitor the situation and hopefully resume athletics after break.
