This week, Feb. 20 to 24, junior boys lacrosse captain Zain Crumedy has been named athlete of the week. Crumedy scored 5 goals in the Hornets’ 9-6 win over John Paul II. A starting midfielder and face-off specialist for the last two years, Crumedy also won 11 of his 16 face-offs. This was the Hornets’ first game, and they will start the season with a promising 1-0 record.
